Fargesia robusta 'Campbell' is, as the name implies, a robust form of clumping Bamboo. A striking striped effect is created from the green canes contrasting with their pale cream sheaths. Very slender evergreen foliage adds colour and texture to the year-round interest provided by 'Campbell'.
The eye-catching canes on Fargesia robusta 'Campbell' grow upright and form an attractive clump up to 3 metres tall. It is a versatile plant, whether used as a feature, for screening or kept in a pot. It can be grown in partial shade to full sun and prefers good drainage. Its is hardy but exposed positions are best avoided, as with most Bamboos.
