- If you’re looking for meaty tomatoes, the sort with real oomph, then look no further than ‘Beefmaster’. Weighing in at up to 1kg each, these giant toms actually have a delicately sweet flavour, making them perfect for burgers, toasties and Caprese salads.
- A cordon (indeterminate) cultivar, these tomatoes require support in the form of staking – and it’s no wonder, with each plant yielding up to 11kg of fruit throughout the summer. Grow under glass or in a sunny bed, border or allotment.
- Plant your tomatoes outside once the last risks of frost have passed (from May onwards). You can expect to harvest your tomatoes all the way through late summer and into early autumn.
- A disease- and split-resistant variety, ‘Beefmaster’ is also reliably productive. All of this results in a truly excellent tomato – one that’s been recognised by the RHS and granted its Award of Garden Merit.
- Our tomato plants are grown by our specialists at the nursery, gently coaxing them into life under glass, before being sent to you when they’re healthy young plants, ready to be planted outside.
